You'll work alongside a hands-on DVM owner who values personalized patient care, collaboration, and a supportive team culture. Optional exposure to urgent care is available, but you can focus entirely on routine and preventative medicine if preferred.

- Typical schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts per week
Compensation & Benefits- Base salary: $135,000$175,000 DOE
- 23%+ production bonus (no negative accrual)
