The Opportunity

Our Resources

Our resources include a 15,000 sq. ft. facility with 21 exam rooms, multiple surgery suites, separate dental suites, a brand-new CT scan machine, digital and dental radiology, ultrasound, full IDEXX in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, endoscopy, and a dedicated 3:1 support staff ratio, including licensed veterinary technicians. Youll be part of a dynamic 14-doctor team and a supportive management group committed to your success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • FREE YEAR of HOUSING
  • $150,000-$170,000 starting base salary depending on experience
  • 21 and up production bonus paid monthly depending on experience
  • The average gross production per doctor is $1M annually, with some exceeding $2M
  • Exact compensation will be based on skills, experience, and schedule
