Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000–$160,000 for experienced veterinarians with strong surgical skills, based on experience, skillset, schedule, and preferred pace.
• Monthly Bonus: Competitive no-negative-accrual bonus plan with earning potential up to $160,000.
• Bonus participation is optional for veterinarians who prefer a straight-salary structure.
• Relocation stipend available.
