A well-respected small animal practice in the Germantown, MD area is seeking a compassionate veterinarian to join its team. Known in the community for personalized care, the clinic provides a full range of services including preventative medicine, soft tissue surgery, advanced diagnostics, pain management, and end-of-life support.


Key Duties

  • Assess and diagnose health conditions or injuries in companion animals through physical exams and clinical evaluation
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and gather samples to aid in accurate diagnosis, then interpret findings to guide treatment
  • Educate pet owners on wellness strategies, disease prevention, and available care options
  • Perform surgical procedures and prescribe appropriate medications for a variety of medical needs
  • Offer compassionate guidance to clients making end-of-life decisions for their pets
  • Accurately document patient information, treatments, and progress in medical records

Requirements:

  • DVM or equivalent from an accredited institution
