Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join a respected and growing small animal practice in Dania Beach, Florida. This well-established hospital is recognised for delivering outstanding patient care and is equipped with advanced diagnostic and imaging technology, allowing its clinical team to provide a high standard of veterinary medicine across a varied companion animal caseload.

Key Duties

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care for a diverse range of small animal patients.
• Perform thorough diagnostic investigations and create effective, individualised treatment plans.
• Promote preventative healthcare through client education, wellness planning, and long-term patient management.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant clinical records using professional veterinary standards.
• Work closely alongside fellow veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and an efficient daily workflow.
• Help foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on outstanding client service and compassionate patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $120,000$140,000, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed to practice in Florida or eligible to obtain Florida veterinary licensure.
• Successful completion of the NAVLE.
• Authorised to work in the United States.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to patient care.
