The Role
- Full-time small-animal general practice position
- Deliver high-quality preventive care, wellness exams, and vaccinations
- Perform routine soft-tissue surgeries and support anesthetic planning and recovery
- Provide dental care, including obtaining and interpreting dental radiographs
- Utilize digital radiography and in-house lab testing to diagnose and manage cases efficiently
- Create clear treatment plans and maintain thorough medical records
- Communicate effectively with clients about diagnoses, preventive care, and follow-up
- Participate in a schedule that includes extended daytime and weekend hours
- Collaborate with and mentor support staff to maintain a positive, learning-focused culture
- Contribute to smooth workflows including drop-off visits and telehealth follow-ups

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Florida, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical skills in preventive care, general medicine, dentistry, and routine surgery
- Comfortable using digital radiography and in-house laboratory diagnostics
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first approach
- Willingness to participate in weekend and extended-hours coverage
