The Role
- Deliver high-quality care across small-animal and equine patients, including wellness, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft-tissue and select orthopedic procedures.
- Perform diagnostics and treatment planning using digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy/gastroscopy, in-house laboratory testing, and dental radiography.
- Provide equine services including ambulatory care, lameness and sports-medicine evaluations, dentistry, and selected regenerative or rehabilitative therapies.
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and assistants to optimize efficiency, patient care, and client communication.
- Participate in case discussions, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
- Daytime clinical schedule; after-hours emergencies are referred to a regional provider.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Eligible for and able to obtain an active Ohio veterinary license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver license and comfort with ambulatory equine work (for mixed-animal applicants)
- Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality, team-based care
