Some searches are professional. This one is personal.
I'm partnering with a highly patient-centered veterinary practice to identify an Associate Veterinarian—and it's a role that's especially meaningful to me. This is the clinic that cares for my own dogs, and I've seen firsthand the level of medicine, compassion, and integrity they bring to every patient and client interaction.
Because of that, I'm conducting this search with particular care.
This is an immediate opening at a practice where patients truly come first. You'll work closely with an exceptional senior veterinarian who is deeply committed to mentorship and education and who also serves on multiple professional boards.
The environment is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused on practicing high-quality medicine—without the pressure to rush or prioritize volume over care.
This opportunity may be a great fit if you:
Value mentorship and learning alongside experienced clinicians
Want to practice patient-first, high-standard veterinary medicine
Appreciate a supportive, team-oriented culture
Are early in your career or an experienced veterinarian seeking a more values-aligned practice
DVM (or equivalent) and eligibility for state licensure
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Commitment to excellent patient care and client relationships
Curiosity, humility, and a desire to continue growing
Truly patient-driven culture
Hands-on mentorship from a respected senior veterinarian
Thoughtful pace that allows for quality medicine
Competitive compensation and benefits
This search is being conducted confidentially. If you're open to exploring a full-time opportunity in a practice that prioritizes patients, mentorship, and integrity, I'd love to connect.
