Mayfair offers a unique opportunity to practice both general practice and urgent care medicine within one collaborative hospital. Build lasting relationships with clients through wellness, preventative care, dentistry, surgery, senior medicine, and ongoing case management while also seeing the same-day sick visits, urgent presentations, and higher-acuity cases that keep your diagnostic and clinical skills sharp. This is a great environment for a veterinarian who enjoys the continuity and relationships of GP but also likes the challenge of thinking on their feet, working through interesting cases, and never quite knowing what might walk through the door. Whether your interests lean more heavily toward GP, urgent care, or you enjoy a true mix of both, there is room to build a role around your clinical strengths and interests.
• Open to New Graduates or Experienced Veterinarians: Whether you're preparing to graduate and looking for the right place to build your clinical foundation or you're an experienced veterinarian ready for your next opportunity, we'd love to connect.

New graduates can develop an incredibly well-rounded clinical foundation here. You'll gain experience with everyday GP medicine while progressively building confidence with same-day sick and urgent cases, all within an established multi-doctor environment where asking questions, discussing cases, and growing into independence are encouraged.

Our structured, one-year New Graduate Mentorship Program includes a dedicated Clinical Mentor with intentional schedule overlap, regular mentor meetings, goal-setting, virtual learning opportunities, and coaching around client communication and professional development.

New graduates also have access to our 5-day Surgical Mentorship Program, offered year-round in a small-group setting where participants typically complete approximately 20-40 surgeries, as well as a 2-day Dental Wet Lab led by our veterinary dental specialist and designed to build confidence in everyday dentistry. Our goal is to help you grow into independence with support around you, not throw you into practice and expect you to figure it out alone.

• Experienced Veterinarians: Experienced doctors will enjoy the autonomy to practice high-quality medicine while having the resources, caseload, and collaborative team to continue challenging themselves clinically.
