Veterinarian Medical Director
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Veterinarian to lead our team as the Medical Director in the New Orleans area with pay ranging from 200K-225K. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal welfare, exceptional clinical skills, and a strong leadership background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide medical oversight and guidance to veterinary staff
- Develop and implement medical protocols and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead staff training and development initiatives
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine
- Proven experience in a veterinary leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
