About the Role
The Medical Director will partner with the practice manager and leadership team to: • Shape the hospital's vision and standards of care • Implement improvements and strategic initiatives to drive excellence • Mentor and support medical staff while fostering professional growth • Promote a positive, collaborative culture rooted in both clinical and client excellence
Qualifications
• DVM or VMD from an AVMA-accredited institution (or equivalent) • Active veterinary license in New York (or eligible prior to start date) • Active DEA license (or eligible) • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
