At our well-established hospital, you'll join a trusted team that has served
the pets and families of Solano County for more than 60 years. As our Managing
Veterinarian, you'll help shape the future of the practice while providing
exceptional patient care alongside an experienced, collaborative team.
We offer a
competitive base salary of $150,000–$180,000 (DOE), production and
leadership incentives, sign-on and relocation assistance, equity opportunities,

Practice
Exceptional Medicine
You'll have
the resources to provide outstanding care, including:
- Brand-new ultrasound, digital
radiography, and digital dental radiography
- 5 fully equipped exam rooms

Lead and
Inspire
As Managing
Veterinarian, you will:
- Provide medical leadership and
clinical direction
- Mentor associate veterinarians
- Partner with hospital and
regional leadership to drive success
- Help shape medical protocols and
team development
- Maintain an active clinical
caseload
Leadership

Compensation

- Base salary: $150,000–$180,000

Who We're
Looking For
- An experienced veterinarian
ready to lead as Managing Veterinarian or Medical Director
- Or a clinician eager to grow
into leadership with mentorship and support
- Current DVM (or equivalent) from
an AVMA-accredited college
- ECFVG or PAVE certification (if
applicable)
