A well-established, privately owned small animal hospital in Oklahoma City is seeking an Associate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its collaborative and supportive team.

This busy, four-doctor practice offers an excellent opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates looking to build their careers in a modern, well-equipped hospital with strong earning potential and a healthy work-life balance. With a loyal client base and steady caseload, you'll have the opportunity to become productive quickly while receiving support from experienced colleagues and skilled technicians.

About the Practice

  • Full-service small animal hospital (exotics optional)
  • Established client base with high patient demand
Modern diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including:
  • CT Imaging
  • Ultrasound
  • Endoscopy
  • Digital Radiography
  • Dental Suite with Dental Radiology
  • Therapeutic Laser
  • Strong technician support (approximately 2.5 technicians per veterinarian)
  • Opportunities to pursue interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, and exotic animal care

Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling options available
  • Midweek-only schedules considered
  • Full-time benefits available from 35 hours per week
Typical shift hours:
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
8:00 AM 6:00 PM
8:00 AM 6:30 PM
  • Most veterinarians work a 4-day workweek (approximately 40 hours)
  • 5-day schedule available if preferred
  • Rotating Saturday shifts with a weekday off in exchange

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $100,000-$120,000 (DOE)
  • 20% Production Bonus
  • Current team members consistently achieve production targets
  • Realistic On-Target Earnings: $150,000+
  • $5,000 Signing Bonus
  • $5,000-$10,000 Annual Retention Bonus
  • Continuing Education & Time Off
  • 2 Weeks Paid Time Off

Requirements

  • DVM or VMD Degree
