A full-time Veterinarian opportunity in Tri-Cities, WA, offers up to $190,000. This position suits a clinician who enjoys preventive care, collaborative teamwork, and modern, well-supported practice.

The Hospital
This is a full-service, small-animal clinic focused on preventive care and conveniently located within a national pet retail setting. The team operates with a clear structure that includes veterinarians, credentialed technicians, client service coordinators, and onsite leadership, creating an environment where doctors can focus on medicine while being supported by capable colleagues.
- Modern, efficient workflow with digital radiography, dental digital x-ray, in-house laboratory diagnostics for same-day results, and an on-site pharmacy
- On-site general surgery, dentistry, spay/neuter, soft-tissue procedures, basic orthopedic assessment/treatment, parasite control, and end-of-life care
- Thoughtful client services, including drop-off/curbside options and language interpretation (ASL and multiple languages), help streamline care and improve communication
- Daytime weekday hours with extended service on select weekend days; accepting new patients and growing
- Well-established local client base focused on preventive medicine, with an ongoing commitment to enhancing the client experience
- Clear development pathways, including leadership growth and tuition assistance programs for team members

The Role
- Full-time small-animal GP position in a preventive-care practice within a national pet retail environment
- Provide wellness care and vaccinations; perform dentistry (including dental radiography), spay/neuter, soft-tissue surgery, basic orthopedic evaluation/treatment, parasite prevention, and end-of-life care
- Utilize digital radiography, dental imaging, in-house lab diagnostics, and an on-site pharmacy to guide same-day clinical decisions
- Collaborate closely with technicians, client service coordinators, and operations leadership to maintain a positive, efficient, team-centered culture
- Engage with drop-off/curbside workflows and leverage language interpretation services to support diverse clients
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold state practice standards
- Opportunities for mentorship and leadership growth; schedule features daytime hours with some extended coverage on select weekend days

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent)
- Active Washington veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration eligibility
- Proficiency in routine surgery and dentistry, strength in preventive care, and effective client communication
- Willingness to participate in a shared Friday/Saturday rotation as needed
