The Role
- Locum Veterinarian within a general practice setting serving dogs, cats, and avian patients
- Flexible schedule with a variety of weekday and weekend shifts; hospital hours 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Provide wellness care, vaccinations, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery
- Manage inpatient cases and collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
- Deliver clear client communication and preventive-care guidance
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold current standards of care
- Contribute to a collaborative culture, including informal mentoring and knowledge sharing

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Hawaii, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to high standards
- Comfort with routine dentistry and soft-tissue procedures; avian interest is a plus
- Willingness to work a mix of weekday and weekend shifts as scheduled
