• $140,000 - $160,000 base salary (based on experience) + production bonuses
• Up to $50K sign-on bonus + retention bonus potential

What We're Looking For

• DVM (or equivalent)
• California veterinary license (or ability to obtain one)
• ECFVG or PAVE certification if applicable
• Passion for exceptional medicine, teamwork, and building lasting client relationships
• Surgical experience is a plus, including advanced soft tissue procedures, or a desire to continue growing your surgical skills with the support of an experienced team
