The Role
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations to deliver high-quality patient care and excellent client service.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and performance management for clinical and administrative teams.
- Manage budgeting, payroll oversight, financial reporting, and cost controls; ensure accurate billing and revenue-cycle practices.
- Maintain compliance with applicable regulations and safety protocols; uphold quality standards and accurate recordkeeping.
- Optimize workflows, inventory, and supply chain processes for medical and office supplies.
- Support client communication standards, service recovery, and reputation management.
- Partner with medical leadership on KPIs, growth initiatives, and community outreach.
- Full-time schedule with occasional evening or weekend coverage as needed.

Requirements
- Experience in practice or healthcare operations management, with proven leadership in a fast-paced setting.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, reporting, and cost management.
- Proficiency with practice management software and common office applications.
