Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations for companion animals and other small pets within the scope of practice.

• Provide preventive, medical, surgical, and dental care.

• Educate clients on treatment options, preventive healthcare, and wellness recommendations.

• Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

• Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives.

• Uphold high standards of medical care, patient safety, and client service.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.

• Active or eligible veterinary license in the state of practice.
