Southside Animal Hospital has been San Angelos most trusted practice for over 30 years - and were looking for a surgeon to help take us to the next level. This is a hands-on surgery-heavy role built for a veterinarian who loves operating and wants the caseload equipment and support to do it well.
The Opportunity
In this role surgery is central to your day. Were looking for an experienced veterinarian with advanced surgical skills whos ready to step into a high-autonomy role with the backing of a stable long-tenured team.
Compensation - Pro-Sal model with earning potential up to 155000 up to 35000 bonus package and 21 production. High surgical volume means high earning potential.
Equipment - Dental Rads VetHome Surgical and therapeutic lasers ultrasound digital radiology IDEXX in-house lab dedicated isolation ward and more. Everything you need to operate at an advanced level.
Team - Doctors and staff with 10 years of tenure. A culture built on collaboration not competition.
Schedule - No on-call. Flexible scheduling one rotating weekend per month with incentives.
Ideal Candidate
Youre an experienced veterinarian with a strong surgical background and the ability to perform advanced procedures. You thrive in a high-volume environment take pride in your outcomes and want a practice that values what you bring to the table.
