The Role
- Full-time small-animal veterinarian focused on preventive care, client education, and high-quality medicine
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, and routine dentistry
- Conduct general surgery (including spay/neuter) with skilled technician support
- Work up cases efficiently using digital radiology and an in-house lab
- Manage gastrointestinal conditions, parasite prevention, and orthopedic evaluations
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care and guidance
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient safety standards
- Collaborate with licensed/registered technicians and assistants in a supportive team model
- Contribute to a positive client experience, including drop-off appointment workflows

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited program
- Active Virginia veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
