At Hoboken Vets Animal Clinic, we know it takes a village to care for pets and Veterinary Assistants are the glue that holds it all together. We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Assistant to join our crew and bring skill, kindness, and hustle to every exam room, surgery prep, and tail wag.

Veterinary Assistant

• Assisting doctors and technicians in exam rooms and treatment areas.

• Safely restraining patients during exams and procedures.

• Supporting laboratory testing, including blood, fecal, and urine samples.

• Administering medications as directed.

• Preparing patients for procedures and supporting surgery workflow as needed.

• Monitoring patients and reporting changes to the medical team.

• Cleaning and sanitizing exam rooms, kennels, and equipment to maintain a safe, efficient hospital.

Compensation

The anticipated pay range for this position is $22 - $28 per hour. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
