- Provide professional service to clients in person, over the phone, or via email, actively listening and addressing concerns.
- Answer calls, reply to emails, triage situations, and schedule appointments accurately.
- Use computer systems to process payments, maintain records, and complete necessary forms for procedures.
- Offer knowledgeable information about products and services, and ensure client areas are clean.
- Balance cash receipts and assist with maintaining a friendly, welcoming environment.
