Garden Grove Dog and Cat Hospital is hiring an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team! The Customer Service Representative is the primary support to our front office.

Job Overview:
Our Customer Service Representatives are an integral part of the hospital. They are responsible for a variety of tasks related to customer service and patient care within the veterinary practice. Tasks include scheduling appointments for existing clients and preparing new clients for consults, limited animal handling, record management, presenting financial options and estimates, accurately reviewing service charges, preparing prescription medications, answering telephone calls, extensive client interaction, and preparing clients for their next appointment.
Days and Hours: Four shifts per week including three weekday shifts and one weekend shift, 36 hours per week.
Pay Range: $18 - $20 hourly dependent upon experience.
