 Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) Wanted! 

Love animals? Thrive on helping people? Enjoy creating exceptional experiences for both pets and their humans? If that sounds like you, keep reading. 

We're looking for a full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) who brings positive energy, outstanding customer service skills, and a genuine passion for helping pets and their families. As the first and last impression of our hospital, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, compassionate, and efficient experience for every client who walks through our doors.

If you're the kind of person who can juggle phone calls, appointments, client questions, and puppy cuddles—all while keeping a smile on your face—you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our veterinary team, you'll:

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Create a welcoming and positive first impression for every pet and pet parent.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while helping clients find the best care options for their pets.
• Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy.
• Check clients in and out, process payments, and review invoices.
• Explain hospital services, policies, treatment plans, wellness programs, and preventative care recommendations.
• Assist clients with medication refills, appointment reminders, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system.
• Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and clients.
• Handle client concerns and resolve issues with compassion and professionalism.
• Educate pet parents on preventive care, wellness visits, vaccination schedules, and hospital resources.
• Support the medical team by ensuring client information is accurate and complete before appointments.
• Manage daily appointment flow and help maximize schedule efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, inventory support, and record management.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and lobby.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalized care.
• Advocate for every pet and family by ensuring they feel heard, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.

 Who You Are

You're not just looking for a job—you want to make a difference every day.

You have:

• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Previous veterinary, animal care, medical office, or client service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm, compassionate, and professional in fast-paced or emotional situations.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines, scheduling software, and computer systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• A genuine love for animals and the people who love them.
• The ability to provide exceptional service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

 Why You'll Love It Here

• Competitive compensation (depending on experience) including base pay and 401(k) match.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits that start on day one.
• Flexible work schedules to support your life outside of work.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) because we truly believe in a TREAT YOURSELF mentality.
• A BIG focus on learning and growing with opportunities for professional development.
• Mentorship and real career growth opportunities.
• A supportive team culture where your contributions matter.
• And the little (big) things, like comfy scrubs, four-legged coworkers, and lots of adorable patients.
