We're looking for a friendly, proficient, detail-oriented Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our Client Service team. Whether you're an experienced veterinary receptionist or someone with a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn, we'd love to meet you. Veterinary experience is preferred but not required.

As one of the first people our clients interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for every pet and their family.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:


  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  •  Answer incoming phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently 
  •  Obtain and accurately document patient histories 
  •  Process invoices and payments 
  •  Verify vaccination status and required testing 
  •  Communicate patient arrivals and treatment needs with doctors and technical staff 
  •  Prepare prescriptions, diets, and over-the-counter products as directed by a veterinarian 
  •  Maintain accurate medical records and client information 
  •  Support the daily flow of the hospital to ensure an outstanding client experience 
  •  Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications


  • Veterinary reception experience preferred, but not required
  •  Excellent customer service and communication skills 
  •  Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor 
  •  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy hospital environment 
  •  Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team 
  •  Comfortable learning new technology and hospital software 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Saturday availability required as part of a rotating schedule
  •  Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds
