Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

At Advanced Veterinary Care our goal is to exceed our client''s expectations in each and every service we perform. You will be expected to practice the best medicine, be proactive, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate, Fear Free care. Our ideal candidate must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week.

Mandatory Reception Skills:

• Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
• Exceptional customer service and competency
• Emailing/scanning/faxing
• Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
• Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
• Maintain professionalism in emergency situation

Pay Range - $15-$18/hour
