Clinic hours:  7am to 5pm-availability needed 6:45am-5:30pm

We’re currently looking for a Client Service Representative (Receptionist) to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone for their experience with us—so a warm, professional, and detail-oriented approach is key.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
  • Greet and check clients in and out of the hospital
  • Educate clients about products and services
  • Collaborate with the medical team to support daily operations
  • Process prescription refill requests (in-clinic and online)
  • Retrieve and deliver lab results, referral reports, and past records to the team in a timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby environment
  • Mentor and support fellow team members
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions
  • Follow protocols and procedures with consistency and fairness
  • Work independently and efficiently
  • Basic math skills required
  • Maintains punctual and reliable attendance
