Advanced Veterinary Care of Utah is seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

At Advanced Veterinary Care our goal is to exceed our client''s expectations in each and every service we perform. It is a place where pets are treated like family members with state-of-the-art care in a clean, caring, and friendly environment. You will be expected to practice the best medicine, be proactive, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing compassionate, Fear Free care. We invest in our employees with many opportunities for growth and development!

Our ideal candidate must be a strong team player that is friendly, helpful, courteous, energetic and able to work at least one weekend shift each week.

Mandatory Reception Skills:

• Must be able to handle a sometimes-high stress work environment
• Answering multiple phone lines
• Making appointments for specialists & knowing the difference between the specialties
• Exceptional customer service and competency
• Emailing/scanning/faxing
• Invoicing handling cash/credit/check transactions
• Cleaning and maintaining rooms and lobby
• Triaging over the phone as well as incoming patients
• Maintain professionalism in emergency situations

Pay Range - $15-$18/hour
