Eye Care for Animals Warwick, a Thrive Pet Healthcare partner, is looking for a friendly, service-driven Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our talented team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, love helping people and their pets, and take pride in providing great hospitality, we'd love to meet you!
In this role, you'll support pet parents, help keep appointments running smoothly, and contribute to a positive experience for every client and patient. The ideal candidate is empathetic, dependable, and communicates clearly and professionally in person, on the phone, and online.

Veterinary medicine experience is highly preferred

Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $20/hour to $25/hour. The actual compensation will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
