This is for someone who: Thrives in a fast-paced environment Has strong communication and customer service skills Is organized and detail-oriented Wants their work to support the community You'll be: • Greeting clients in person, over the phone, and online while providing clear and accurate information • Scheduling appointments and managing a high-volume calendar • Handling client questions and providing support in a professional and compassionate manner • Managing front desk responsibilities including data entry, payments, and communication • Working with the clinic team to support daily operations and patient flow Full-time, Hourly role (4 day work week!)
