The Role
- Lead critical care for high-acuity patients in a 24/7 ICU, collaborating closely with emergency and specialty teams
- Direct stabilization and advanced case management, including ventilatory support, transfusion medicine, and point-of-care to advanced diagnostics
- Guide triage protocols, oversee ICU monitoring, and ensure evidence-based treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients and referring veterinarians to support excellent continuity of care
- Teach and mentor interns and technical staff; contribute to quality improvement initiatives and CE activities

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Board-certified by ACVECC or residency-trained in Emergency and Critical Care
- Licensure in Tennessee (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the US
