Responsibilities:

  • Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
  • Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
  • Assist in managing the front desk and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Educate clients about preventative care and hospital services.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for animal care.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and veterinary software.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
