Work Environment
This position is based in an office setting located within a veterinary and animal treatment laboratory environment. You will work on-site alongside approximately 35 colleagues at the lab location, collaborating closely with team members who support veterinary and lab-related services. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods, using phone, email, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications throughout the day. The environment is fast-paced and service-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and teamwork. The position begins on a contract basis with the opportunity to transition to a direct, permanent role, at which point comprehensive benefits, including health, medical, dental, vision coverage, and a 401(k) with safe harbor contribution, become available. This setting offers a structured office atmosphere within an active veterinary lab, providing opportunities to grow professionally in both customer service and the veterinary field.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
