This role partners closely with each service line, board-certified specialists, residents, and regional leadership to ensure efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, strong referral relationships, and sustainable growth across the entire location. Position Summary The Hospital Administrator leads daily operations, staff performance, client service, and financial management across all specialty service lines at the location, while supporting exceptional patient care in each specialty. This role is responsible for the overall operational performance of the hospital, including staff leadership, client experience, financial oversight, compliance, and facility management. This role partners closely with the Medical Lead of each specialty and the District Manager to ensure high standards of care, efficiency, profitability, cross-specialty coordination, and team engagement location-wide.
