As Hospital Manager, you’ll partner closely with the Medical Director and leadership team to oversee daily operations, elevate team performance, and help guide the hospital’s continued success.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive hospital performance, including budgeting, payroll, and sustainable growth initiatives
  • Optimize workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold high operational standards
  • Collaborate on strategic planning, service expansion, and performance goals
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory, and facility management
  • Champion an exceptional client experience and support local marketing efforts
  • Lead, hire, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, accountable culture

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee hospital performance, budgeting, and payroll while driving sustainable growth
  • Ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and strong operational standards
  • Partner with leadership on strategic planning, service expansion, and performance goals
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and facility needs
  • Enhance client experience, resolve concerns, and support marketing efforts
  • Lead, hire, and develop team members while fostering a positive, accountable culture??

Schedule, benefits and compensation**:

This is a full-time, salaried position and schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.

  • Compensation: $80,500-90,000 annual base salary*
  • Bonus opportunities: Based on hospital performance
  • Hiring bonus package: Up to $2000 based on experience and credentials
  • CE allowance: up to $1,000/year based on credentials

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of healthcare business management experience at a multidoctor hospital
  • Veterinary experience preferred
  • CVPM or equivalent education preferred
  • Business acumen with a focus on growth and performance
  • Experience with team training and supervision of a support staff team of 15+
  • Capacity to work autonomously with minimal direct supervision
  • Proven experience and proficiency in managing P&Ls
