Global Talent Partners is proud to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director position in Austin, Texas.

This role combines hands-on medicine with clinical leadership, offering the opportunity to shape medical standards, mentor doctors and work within a progressive companion animal environment.

About the Practice
You'll join a modern hospital combining conventional veterinary medicine with holistic and integrative care. Clinical services include dentistry, dermatology, internal medicine, radiology, ultrasound, surgery and acupuncture.

The clinical environment offers:
• Advanced diagnostics and ultrasound

The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll remain clinically active while leading medical standards, supporting case discussions and mentoring the veterinary team.

You'll work closely with hospital leadership to develop protocols, support clinical performance and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
