Veterinary Medical Doctor (DVM) – Fitzgerald, GA
A companion animal clinic in Fitzgerald is seeking a Veterinarian to join a patient-focused care team. This role is ideal for a doctor who enjoys a mix of preventive, medical, and urgent cases while practicing compassionate medicine in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine exams, diagnostics, and medical evaluations
Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans
Perform medical and soft-tissue procedures
Provide dental care and preventive services
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Collaborate with technicians and support staff
Qualifications
DVM or equivalent degree
Eligible for licensure in Georgia
Experience in small-animal medicine preferred
Comfort with urgent or same-day cases is a plus
Strong communication and clinical judgment
