The Role
- Provide specialty neurology consultations and manage inpatient and outpatient neurologic cases.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive diagnostic and treatment plans, coordinating closely with Emergency & Critical Care, Surgery, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging teams.
- Utilize on-site CT, MRI, digital radiography, fluoroscopy, and ultrasonography to guide case workups.
- Lead and participate in clinical rounds, mentor interns and technicians, and contribute to a positive, teaching-focused culture.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based protocols; participate in referring veterinarian outreach as needed.
- Daytime specialty service with coordinated handoffs to the emergency team; specific scheduling details reviewed during the interview.

Requirements
- DVM or equivalent degree
- Board-certified or residency-trained in Veterinary Neurology
- License (or eligibility) to practice veterinary medicine in Nebraska
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, high-standard patient care
