Veterinary Receptionist
Seeking a compassionate, skilled, upbeat Veterinary Receptionist to join our tight-knit team.

Who are we looking for?
Please have a positive personality, be capable of effective communication, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task like a pro, and have a well-rounded skill set and solid knowledge base. As we are a 24-hour emergency hospital please be willing to work outside of the boring 9am-5pm weekday schedule. We prefer someone with at least one year of experience working as receptionist in a veterinary hospital.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting veterinarians and other staff members
- Answering and managing a multi-line phone system
- Working collaboratively and positively with all coworkers
- Greeting clients as they enter the hospital
- Check clients in and out
- Process financial transactions and close books
- Schedule appointments for multiple specialties
- Possess a positive upbeat attitude
- Triage patient care
- Enjoy working with people and their pets
- Be very comfortable working with computers and multiple software programs
- Comfortable with all aspects of emergency medicine
- Effectively care for and communicate with clients
