Claremont Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to serve as the welcoming face of our hospital.
In this fast-paced role, you will create exceptional client experiences, build trust through compassionate service, manage appointments and daily patient flow, handle multi-line phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential information about our services. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a team-focused customer service environment.

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
Claremont Veterinary Hospital provides quality care for dogs and cats in the Claremont, CA, community. We perform a large number of dental procedures and provide a range of services, including cardiology, dermatology, general wellness, and more! Our three doctors have nearly 30 years of combined experience and are assisted by a talented support team (including 3 RVTs!). We are well-equipped with a new endoscope tower, ultrasound, digital radiographs, two dental units, two rigid endoscopes, and more! Located about 30 miles east of LA, Claremont is a wonderful community and a true oasis in the middle of urban Southern California.
