If you're someone who thrives on variety, enjoys connecting with clients, and wants to be truly cross-trained as an assistant, this could be the perfect fit.

Schedule and compensation:

  • Compensation: $15 - 18 per hour, for each hour worked
  • This is a full-time position, with a 4 x 10 schedule and availability needed Monday - Saturday.
  • Typically working 1 Saturday each month from 8 am - 1 pm.

Full-time Benefits Package*:

  • Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Life insurance and disability
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • 401k - with company match beginning 2027
  • Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law
  • Personal pet discount

*Part-time team members may be eligible for limited benefits in accordance with company policy and state law

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

  • 1+ years of experience in a veterinary assistant or veterinary reception role
  • Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
  • Proficiency in the following skills:
    • Safe, gentle patient handling and restraint for dogs, cats, and large animal patients
    • Client communication and education, including treatment plan review and discharge instructions
    • Accurate medical record keeping and treatment documentation
