Minimum of 2 years of veterinary receptionist experience required
Avimark experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Maintain accurate patient and client records
Process payments and handle front desk transactions
Communicate effectively with pet owners and veterinary staff
Assist in ensuring a smooth and efficient daily workflow
Provide compassionate support to clients during both routine and emotional visits
