Hayden Pet Medical Center is growing—and we’re excited to be welcoming two new doctors to our team! With that growth, we’re looking for an outgoing, compassionate Client Service Representative to join our expanding hospital.

Our CSRs are the first and last point of contact for clients and their pets, creating a warm, welcoming experience from start to finish. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage appointments, support a multi-line phone system, assist clients in person, process payments, and provide helpful information about our services.

This is a full-time or part-time position, with 10-hour shifts and availability needed Monday- Saturday.

Minimum qualifications and skillset:

  • 3+ years of client service experience
  • Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
  • Technologically proficient, as we are paper-free
    • Experience with Ezyvet and Vetradar Services is a plus.
