You will work closely with our Board-Certified Dermatologist and technical team to manage complex cases, provide enhanced quality of life via treatments, and provide a bridge of communication between the doctor and client. Requirements: Education & Physical Requirements: 1 year of veterinary experience OR 1 year of customer service experience required - experience in a veterinary hospital or doctor’s office is a plus Must have experience working in the public (i.e., restaurant, retail or service business) High school diploma or equivalent required Dependable attendance is required Must be able to lift 40 pounds The ability to walk, sit, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day Team Member Benefits: Time away from work including no nights or weekends, a robust vacation allowance, paid holidays, sick time/mental health days, Paid Parental Leave, short- and long-term disability coverage options, and leaves of absence.
