What You''ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow
- Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Educate clients about hospital services and next steps
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Collaborate with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional client experience
