Touhy Animal Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a full or part-time position, with flexible schedule and availability needed Monday-Saturday.

• Compensation: $17-$22 per hour, for each hour worked*

Minimum qualifications and skill set:

• Polish Speaking a huge plus!!!
• 1+ of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is highly desired
• Proficiency in the following skills:
  • Providing first class client communication and education
  • Booking appointments
  • Daily assignments/scheduling
  • Checking clients in and out
  • Answering client questions and concerns

Touhy Animal Hospital is located in Park Ridge, IL, a northwest suburb of Chicago. Our hospital team has more than 60 years of combined experience and incredible longevity (we’re talking 15+ and 30+ years at our clinic!) We’re dedicated to providing the finest veterinary care by utilizing Fear Free techniques and focusing on diagnostics and client education. Our entire team is highly motivated and undergoes an extensive onboarding/training process to encourage their long-term success. We are well-equipped to provide routine GP/soft tissue procedures, dentistry, laser therapy, preventative care, and more.
