Ohio Drive Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our reception team! Our client care team serves a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This position may be full-time or part-time. Part-time availability is needed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and rotating Saturdays. Full-time hours include these days plus additional weekdays.

Ohio Drive Animal Hospital is a single-doctor, small animal practice providing exceptional GP services to Plano pets. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality services (with as much TLC as possible) and have made strong connections with our clients throughout the years. We are well equipped, and our surgery caseload is primarily comprised of spays, neuters, mass removals, dental, and foreign bodies. Additionally, we provide pet grooming and have established relationships with specialists in the area for orthopedics and more advanced surgeries. Our culture is upbeat, yet relaxed, and we have a solid team that works well together and has created an environment where there is no front vs. back—at Ohio Drive, everyone is happy to have each other’s backs!
