Client Service Representatives Needed for New Urgent Care/Emergency Hospital Opening July 2026 in Round Rock, TX

Healing Hearts Animal Urgent Care is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and compassionately, and can help create a calm, welcoming experience during urgent and emotional visits.

This is a Full-Time position with a 4 day/week & 9-hour shift schedule. One weekend day each weekend will be required. Start dates will be from June 24-July 1, 2026.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet clients and patients warmly while maintaining efficient check-in/check-out processes
• Triage phone calls and walk-ins, gathering key information and prioritizing urgent cases
• Communicate clearly with clients about wait times, services, and next steps
• Coordinate with the medical team to support smooth case flow
• Handle high-stress situations with empathy, professionalism, and composure
• Provide reassurance and support to pet owners during difficult moments

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set:

• Previous veterinary reception or medical office experience preferred
• Experience with ‘Otto’ highly desired
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
• Compassionate, calm, and solution-oriented mindset
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
