Healing Hearts Animal Urgent Care is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist who serves as the first point of contact for our clients and patients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and compassionately, and can help create a calm, welcoming experience during urgent and emotional visits.

What You’ll Do:
Full-Time Benefits and Compensation**
Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set:
Healing Hearts Animal Urgent Care is a new kind of veterinary urgent care hospital — one built on calm, compassion, transparency, and heart. We care for dogs and cats when something cannot wait, while working closely with primary veterinarians and emergency hospitals to ensure every patient receives the right care at the right time.
We’re building a team that can move with urgency without losing kindness, communicate clearly when emotions are high, and support both pets and people through stressful moments. As we open, we’ll be starting with two full-time veterinarians and plan to grow that team as the practice expands. If you value teamwork, thoughtful client care, and the opportunity to help shape a hospital from the ground up, Healing Hearts may be the place for you.
