• Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM-9:30 PM with rotating Saturdays (7:30 AM-4:00 PM)
• Starting at $15.00/hour with shift differential pay starting at $22.95/hour

What You'll Do

• Welcome clients and patients, prepare exam rooms, and support efficient patient flow throughout the hospital
• Obtain patient weights, collect appointment information, and maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with surgery admissions, document processing, medication pickups, and administrative tasks
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms, lobby areas, and common spaces
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and team members to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Respond calmly and efficiently to urgent and emergency situations
• Support hospital operations through teamwork, cross-training, and training new team members as needed
