Foothill Farms Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position with 8-hour shifts primarily scheduled Monday through Friday. We are seeking a flexible team member who can occasionally assist with weekend shifts.
